• Pedigree
• Registration
• Conformation titles
• Temperament titles
• Working titles
• Official hip score
• Contract/Guarantee (that you will provide to puppy buyers)
• Clear photos of the head and body (front and profile views)

Also, if the dam has had previous litters, we would like the same information about her offspring (if available).
