This addendum is a part of the California Cane Corso –
Contract/Guarantee (“Agreement”) dated __________ , between
Robert G. Souza Jr. and Leilani M. Souza (“Breeder”) and
_________________ (“Purchaser”) and is also included in the
notarization of the original Agreement.

1.
This Puppy is
purchased as a family companion and shall be spayed/neutered no
earlier than the Puppy reaching 18 months of
age.
2.
The Breeder shall
provide registration papers for the Puppy upon receipt of a
certificate of sterilization for the Puppy from a veterinarian at
the Purchaser’s expense, provided the Puppy has not previously been
used for breeding.
3.
The Breeder will
rebate to the Purchaser one-fourth of the purchase price upon
receipt of a certificate of sterilization (spay/neuter) at the
Purchaser’s expense, provided that the dog has not previously been
used for breeding.
4.
Should the Purchaser
wish to upgrade the Puppy’s status to show and/or breed
quality:
a.
the Purchaser must
send the Breeder clear photos of the Puppy as
follows:
i.
head – front view and
profile
ii.
body – front view and
profile
b.
the Show Quality
Addendum and/or Breed Quality Addendum must be signed and notarized
by both parties.
c.
the Purchaser must
adhere to the conditions contained in the Show Quality Addendum
and/or Breed Quality Addendum prior to
breeding.
d.
the Purchaser hereby
waives the right to any spay/neuter
rebate.
